With over 16 years of experience, Chef Tim Supawat Anantachaisilp has sharpened his skills in traditional Japanese cuisine under the guidance of authentic Japanese restaurant owners. From mastering the art of rice preparation and fish handling to perfecting sushi making in the true Japanese style, Chef Tim’s journey has been remarkable.
He further improved his expertise by working at an Omakase restaurant in Beverly Hills for an additional 2-3 years. During this time, he learned more about the Omakase style, which focuses on personalized, high-quality dining experiences.
With the support and encouragement of his mother, Chef Tim achieved his dream of opening his own sushi restaurant, Ananto Sushi. Named after his family surname, Ananto Sushi offers a simple yet elegant Japanese ambiance, creating a nostalgic experience for diners. Our menu is carefully designed to highlight sushi and sashimi, focusing on the freshness of the fish and the premium quality of sushi rice. At Ananto Sushi, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience that celebrates the essence of Japanese cuisine.
